Domestic Shipping

Orders for in-stock items received by 2:00 PM EST are typically processed and shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time will be shipped on the next business day, subject to product availability.

We utilize the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our primary shipping carrier.

Shipments to Alaska, P.O. Boxes, and APO/FPO addresses are sent exclusively via Priority Mail. Orders shipped using Standard Shipping generally arrive within 3–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

Please note that we are not responsible for any delivery delays caused by USPS.

For certain shipments, UPS may require an adult signature upon delivery in accordance with their policies.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping due to customs regulations and associated taxes. Additionally, due to state restrictions, we are unable to ship orders to Hawaii or Utah.

Backordered items that are shipped separately at a later date will not incur additional shipping fees.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, refusal, or failure to collect the shipment from the carrier, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.

At Guama 1920, we are committed to providing premium cigars and stand behind the quality of every product we offer. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your cigars for a refund or store credit within 30 days of the original purchase date.

Return & Exchange Policy

Cigars must be returned in resalable condition. Items that have been cut or partially smoked will not be accepted.

Boxes

  • Full credit is available if no more than two cigars have been used.

  • If more than two cigars have been smoked, a prorated refund will be issued based on the number of cigars returned.

Bundles

  • Opened bundles are not eligible for return or exchange.

Final Sale Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-exchangeable:

  • Cigar samplers

  • 5-packs

  • Single cigars

  • Tins

  • Closeout items

  • Promotional deals and clearance items

Promotional Items

  • All promotional items must be returned in their original packaging along with the cigars when requesting a refund.

  • Failure to include promotional items will result in the retail value being deducted from your refund.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds do not include original shipping costs.

  • For exchanges, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

Original Shipping Fees Will Be Refunded Only If:

  • The item is defective

  • An incorrect item was shipped

  • The product was damaged during transit

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Please inspect your order upon arrival and report any issues (defects, damaged wrappers, mold, or humidity concerns) within 3 days of delivery.

  • Issues related to burn or draw must be reported within 30 days of delivery.

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact Customer Service at 1-305-797-8147to request a return.

  2. Indicate whether you prefer a refund, store credit, or replacement.

  3. Carefully package your return to prevent damage during transit.

  4. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging will not be eligible for credit.
